The GMTH (Tourisme & Handicap label management) Application

The data gathered by this application will be processed as part of your request to display the Tourisme & Handicap label. It will not be used for any other purpose.

The recipients of your data are:

  • The Minister of State for the Promotion of Tourism, as represented by the Directorate General for Enterprise (DGE) and its Regional Directorates and Directorates for Enterprises, Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment (DIRECCTE/DIECCTE)
  • The Tourisme & Handicaps Association (ATH), which manages the Tourisme & Handicap label
  • Local Tourisme & Handicap delegates (regional advisers who help applicants during the application process, and appraisers who carry out inspection visits)
  • Regional ATH delegates (qualified professionals who chair regional commissions organised by the DIRECCTE/DIECCTE)
