  • 11:30 - 12:00       Presentation of the "Open Government Partnership" Summit - Paris, 7-9 December 2016 (Pauline Carmona, General Secretary for the Open Government Partnership Summit, Ministry of foreign affairs and international development)
  • 12:00 - 12:30       Intervention of André Vallini, Development and francophony minister

 

12.30 – 2.30 Lunch 

  • For ministers (+ 1 member of their delegation) with a few French industry players + Africafrance Foundation + African business organizations. The lunch will discuss  proposals to continue to work together.

14:30 - 17:00     Closing meeting (official delegations and companies)

  • 14:30 - 14:45       Intervention of Gilles Babinet, Digital Champion of EU Commission
  • 14:45 - 15:45       Thematic exchanges: testimonies of African ministers on projects or achievements in their countries (e-gov, cybersecurity, citizen services, e-health, e-learning, e-money, Fintech and trade, digital content, e-business, e-agriculture, environment)
  • 15:45 - 16:00       Testimony: Bruno Mettling, Deputy General Manager of Orange Group, Africa and Middle East area
  • 16:00 - 16:45       Discussion with the audience
  • 16:45 - 17:00       Closing speech by Axelle Lemaire, Digital affairs and innovation minister
